Mission Statement

Collaboratively empowering and supporting NJ baseball coaches and programs to improve the quality of baseball instruction and increase the baseball opportunities for the players in NJ.

Some of the activities that the NJHSBCA will consider to conduct are:

- Maintain the highest possible standards in baseball and the coaching of baseball

​

- Provide a forum for the discussion and study of all matters pertaining to baseball and coaching

​

- Sharing best practices

​

- Holding clinics and college fairs/recruiting seminars

​

- Hosting college coaches/players to speak to group

​

- Getting programs together for off-season (particularly summer) workouts

​

- Player recognition (all-state, all-group, all-section, all-county selections)

​

- Organizing player showcases and all-star games

​

- Assist/work in unison with/act as a sounding board for the NJSIAA and any baseball committees as far as establishing modifications to baseball protocol and in disseminating necessary information

- Acting as a resource for parents

​

- Assist member coaches in various capacities

As our mission statement shows, all activities run by this organization are for the purpose of improving the baseball instruction and opportunities for our high school players. All dues and donations will go to subsidizing those goals and events:

- Payment for virtual resources

​

- Cost of showcases, clinics, all-star games, all-star recognition, hall of fame, etc.

​

- Payment of legal paperwork and accounting
